We have a new set of board members for the IPA, some old, some new, but all dedicated to increasing production in Illinois. The board is working closely with the Illinois Film Office andthe Chicago Film Office to raise our profile as a major production center and to insure that the facilities, talent and tax incentives, are known to those who may not have considered Illinois as an option.

We thank the members who have served the board this last year and look forward to others getting involved.  The new board has a number of initiatives in the works and we are looking forward to their implementation in the coming year.

The determination everyone showed in their calls, emails and lobbying efforts in protecting our tax credit last year shows that with concerted effort, we all can win.
